Customer Reviews :
Some middle-priced ping-pong tables come with really cheap nets. A net from DHS is a great solution to take your table almost to tournament level. This net is extremely well made - heavy duty clamps and posts, wide base to help keep the table halves even, and beautiful looking net. The net is drawn tight by a string across the top and two cleverly designed clips at the base of each post. Height is easily adjusted by knobs at the bottom of the posts - net height gauge included. I give the net 5 stars for quality but 4 stars overall because the instructions are sketchy and don't show how to properly attach the the tightening string to the posts. There are a surprising number of parts to this for something as simple as a TT net. I had to locate other pictures of this set on the internet to figure it all out. Each post has a cap with a slot across it like the head of a screw. Those slots must be aligned along the same line as the net, the string run through the slot and down the back of the post to where the clips fasten to the brackets.
Blows away most stock nets... - MikeinBoston - Any Guess?
DO yourself a favor and upgrade to this net NOW. This net is easily 10 - 20x better than the stock net that came with my Stiga table. I didn't find the directions confusing - actually, I barely looked at them - I thought it was rather intuitive. I did find that it took me a while to get the net to be perfect...something that could easily be overcome by having a little bit of patience and taking your time during assembly. Let me finish by saying my table tennis table looks wicked pissa with this DHS net. Very high quality item.
